Views of Agra, Taj Mahal, Djennah, Taj Gate, view of the Fort, Motee-Musjeed, Calcutta, Viceroy's Palace, River, Strand, High Court, Museum, Boat Bridge, Eden Garden, Circular Canal, Delhi, Great Mosque, Minaret of Kotub, Bazaar, Born in Calcutta in 1817, Oehme was one of the sons of the clerk of the secret service of the East India Company, he succeeded his father and then, bored with the political affairs of the company, he emancipated himself from the law and set up as a "photographer" and drawing teacher in Calcutta in 1855, before moving to Chandernagor where the only album of Oehme's work studied to date has emerged.
