In-12, [4] f., 584 p., [9 (out of 11)] f., contemporary tan calf, 5-nerved spine, cream title-piece, ornamented boards, (head-cap cracked, tear on one nerve, one corner dull, small flaws in endpapers, missing in margin p.69 and stain in margin of following ff., not serious, some marginal soiling; without plates). Edition not reported by Vicaire who describes the original published in the same year 1714, addressed to Beugnié. It seems to be similar to it, since there is a copy at the BnF, addressed to David, with an identical collation. Our copy, although correctly preserved, does not include the 2 f. of privilege at the end, nor the frontispiece and the engravings. (Vicaire, Bibl. gastronomique, 523).
