In-4, half tobacco morocco with wide bands, decorated with a gilt embossed pattern extended to the spine, the complement of the boards in parchment, gilt head, cover and spine preserved, matching slipcase (spine faded, rubbing to the slipcase). Edition illustrated with engraved copperplates by Denyse de Bravura. Numbered copy on Rives. Beautiful unsigned binding decorated with a motif evoking tobacco leaves. Prov: Modern bookplate G. Albouy, whose initials appear at the tail of the spine.
