[ANONYMOUS]. Amours des dames illustres de nostre siecle. In Cologne, Chez Jean Le Blanc, [1680]. Le Passe-temps royal, ou les Amours de Mademoiselle de Fontange. S.l.n.d. 2 titles (with 9 pieces in the first one) in one volume in-18, midnight blue morocco, triple gilt fillet framing the boards, spine with nerfs decorated, gilt edges (Thibaron). 384 + 70 pp. An engraved title-frontispiece (bearing the date of 1681) and a metallic portrait of the Duchess of Fontange at the head of the second title. The title-frontispiece bears the date 1681 and the title the date 1685 changed to 1680. From the libraries of E. M. Bancel, Lucius Wilmerding and N. Harwich, with ex-libris. "There are several editions of the Amours des dames illustres under the same date. One naturally prefers those where Le Passe-temps royal is found" (Willems, 1941).
