(title), CCCLXXIX (i.e. 374 of 375) - [4 (of 5)] - [15] f., basane fauve mouchetée pastiche, edges red (2 f. missing, h6 and FF8, the table erroneously placed at the end with the f. reversed; corner replaced in the margin of the title, gaps filled in the margin of 24 f. at the end, 5 of which no longer have foliation; light stain on f. t2, light angular halo on the 2nd half of the volume). Rare edition of these collected customs, including notes and commentaries by Nicolas Bohier (1469-1539, professor of law at Bourges), Jean Pyrrhus d'Angleberme (c. 1470-1521, professor of law at Orléans) and Jean Sainson (c. 1480-c. 1541), also a jurist. Printed by Pierre Vidoué, it was shared between the booksellers Galliot Du Pré and François Regnault. It is composed of texts and commentaries in Latin and French, including the three customs of Bourges, Tours and Orleans in French. Text on 2 columns with large woodcut initials, most of them sifted, title in red and black in a woodcut frame. Sign. [a1], a-x8 [except h6], y6 A-G8 H6 L-X8 AA-FF7 [of 8], a2-8 [out of order], b8.
