This miniature, typical of Punjabi painting, depicts Krishna embracing Radha on the terrace of a white marble palace, under a canopy of fabric embroidered with floral motifs on a silver background. The oval miniature is framed by four spandrels decorated with fine floral motifs on a gold background, and a floral frieze on a blue background.
