Paul GARNIER. Officer's PENDULETTE. Paul GARNIER (1834-1916), Horloger de la Marine, President of the Chambre syndicale de l'horlogerie de Paris, circa 1875 Officer's brass PENDULETTE. Dial and movement signed Paul - N°9330. Alarm at 6 o'clock, white enamelled medallion dials on gold plate, blued Roman numerals and hands (minutes not original). Striking stop system on back. Quarter striking on demand and on two hinges. Movement: mechanical with escapement holder. Caliber: Swiss lever escapement. Function: H-M - Alarm - Quarter chime. Brass case, year 1880-1900. PB: 1250g. H: 15mm. All 5 mirrors in good condition. Needs cleaning, minutes not original, ringing not functional as it is, missing key for setting and setting the time, movement to be overhauled. Without travel box.
