In-8, [2] f., 25-195-24 p., [2] f., 28-38 p., contemporary mottled havana calf, 5-ribbed spine, brown morocco title-piece, ornate caissons, gilt fillet to the edges, red edges (splits to the upper spine and minor defects; pale halo in the margin of a small number of ff.). A fine copy, printed on heavy laid paper with wide margins, of this posthumous collection of pieces touching on the question of ecclesiastical immunities, by the lawyer D. Bargeton (1678-1757).
