(table, privil., errata), contemporary red morocco, 5-nerved spine, gilt title, small-ink ornamented caissons, covers edged with triple gilt fillet, with 4 filigree fleurons at corners, gilt roulette at edges, gilt edges (spots of worms on upper cover, stains on covers, russeting and browning, small marginal wetnesses). Uncommon first edition, printed in Grenoble, of this treatise by the jurist S. Dupérier. Dupérier (1588-1667), a lawyer in Aix-en-Provence and later consul of the same city.
