Alexandre de Lur-Saluces winery

Former owner of Châteaux d'Yquem and de Fargues

Rare wine enthusiasts are invited to an exceptional event on Thursday November 13, 2025: the auction of Alexandre de Lur-Saluces' personal cellar (1934-2023), orchestrated by Daguerre in collaboration with expert Ambroise de Montigny. 2,500 bottles of Château d'Yquem, Pétrus, Lafite Rothschild, Cheval Blanc, Margaux, Romanée Conti, etc. make up the personal cellar of the Marquis de Lur-Saluces, a legendary figure in French wine, Grand Chancelier d'Honneur of the Bordeaux Wine Academy and emblematic president of Château d'Yquem for over thirty years. Each lot bears precious witness to the quest for perfection of this French winemaker, who was also at the helm of Château de Fargues for almost six decades.

This sale offers collectors and connoisseurs an unprecedented opportunity to acquire legendary bottles, repositories of a family history and know-how that has shaped the excellence of French wine.
