For a very similar sofa see Daguerre sale, 10 November 2016, lot 253 (fig.1).
We can compare this sofa with the bed kept in the Louvre Museum (Camondo legacy 1911) which has an identical carved
identical sculpted decoration, reproduced in Le Mobilier du musée du Louvre, Faton, 1993, T.2, p.128 n°41 (fig. 2).
Finally, a similar sofa was sold for 85 000 € on June 8, 2005 at Drouot n°162 (fig. 3).
