A drawer rests on cambered legs joined by a shelf in rich marquetry decorated with Chinese utensils on a sycamore background.
Ornamentation of chased and gilded bronzes.
Small restorations and missing parts, some cracks.

Jacques Manser received master on June 25, 1766, installed at the Cours Saint-Louis in the faubourg Saint-Antoine, brother-in-law
of Charles Topino. It is very likely that the marquetry was made by Charles Topino and sold to his brother-in-law. We find this work on a "bonheur-du-jour" reproduced on p. 118 fig. 54 in Sylvain Barbier Sainte Marie, Charles Topino, éd de l'Amateur, 2005
