Set of small soldiers mounted on a base, printed by Silbermann in Strasbourg, Second Empire, paper card plates printed "in oil colors" according to the patented process of Henri- Rodolphe-Gustave Silbermann (1801-1876). More than 350 pieces, most of them on a wooden base: about fifty hussars, lancers, grenadiers and other cavalrymen, a crowd of infantrymen, four pieces of artillery, a staff tent, (small accidents and missing bases).
