Molded and gilded wood frame. 70 x 92 cm Provenance: according to family tradition, this painting belonged to Madame de Polignac, née Yolande de Polastron, a friend of Marie-Antoinette. During the Restoration, it was in the collection of her son, Jules de Polignac, at the Château de Millemont.
