Annotated in the margins Small folds and tears on the sides, soiling H. 22 cm x L. 29.5 cm Located on boulevard Poissonnière, Au Page Inconstant (fig. 2), "the store of the aristocracy", was renowned for its silks and textiles of all kinds. The store's name can still be found on some shawl and scarf boxes.
