[Post-incunable]. [MISSALE ROMANUM noviter impressum cum quibusdam missis de novo additis multum devotis : adiunctisque figuris pulcherrimis...]. [On the colophon] Impressum Venetiis per... Lucantoniu de Giunta, 1508. In-8 (158 x 105 mm.), 263 f., figs, 19th c. black chagrin, 4 ribbed spine, gilt "Livres d'heures" title, interior roulette, edges formerly painted blue (20 ff. lacking; int. flaws including stain on 1st f., browning and soiling, end-of-volume dampstaining, last few pages gnawed at corners, one with text damage, cut-out affecting some letters on pages 5 and 6). Neat edition, printed in red and black, composed of 2 columns of 36 lines. It is distinguished by its abundant woodcut illustrations: a large number of vignettes in the text, initials and figures framing certain pages, each of which is placed opposite a full-page figure. Despite its shortcomings, this copy still contains 18 full-page figures (probably out of 21). 16 introductory pages are missing, including the title, the last page (after the colophon), b2 (fol. 10, framed page), H1 and H8 (fol. 241 and 248, each with a full-page figure) (USTC 819818).
