In-12, [10] f., 480 p., [12] f., pl. fig, contemporary tan calf, 5-ribbed spine, brown title page (flaws: one headband frayed, the other uncovered, 2 corners worn, unruly; some soiling, stain on table pages). Edition illustrated with a folding plate and 2 woodcut figures in the text. Vicaire does not cite this edition, which is not in the BnF, but he only mentions a 2nd plate for this book from 1715, the 1705 edition containing only one. Handwritten bookplate dated 1746 on one endpaper (Vicaire 454-455).
