Late 18th century Austrian Netherland School Portrait of Cardinal Jean-Henri de Frankenberg (1726-1804) Canvas. 43.5 x 34 cm 18th-century carved wood frame with ribbon bow. Archbishop of Malines from 1759 to 1801, and Primate of the Netherlands, created cardinal in 1778. He was awarded the Grand Cross of the Order of Saint Stephen in 1765.
