BREGUET, Paris 1819-1839 Pocket watch, case in 18K (750/000) yellow gold, silvered dial with guilloché background and indexes in Roman numerals and dotted lines, signed in a cartouche, second hand at six o'clock, blued steel breguet hands, mechanical movement with cylinder escapement, winding with its key by a gold bowl engraved "AA", background centered with the numeral "HP" or "PH" in a radiating guilloché decoration.
