From their experiences close to English auctioneers, Bertrand de Cotton and Benoit Derouineau bring with them the idea of the “house sale” (which is the selling of a property, in situ). However, if it appears as impossible, we recreate the atmosphere and the spirit of the house in the rooms of Drouot. For consequence, it leads to an incredible work of creation, translating the Art of living “à la Française”.
We reconstitute lots of interiors of flats we were. Some amateurs, from the whole world, bought the interior we propose.
